Do you offer a warranty or guarantee?
Yes — both. Every job comes with a workmanship warranty (6 months standard; the term varies by job and can be custom-tailored to your project), plus a 100% customer-satisfaction guarantee. We're also licensed and insured with $1M in liability coverage, so if something isn't right, we make it right.
How soon can you start?
We're usually booked about two weeks out. Smaller jobs — like drywall patching, painting a room, or small plumbing work — can typically get started within two weeks. Larger remodels are scheduled a bit further ahead, so reach out early to claim your spot on the calendar.
Do I need to be home during the work?
No. Many of our clients give us access and go about their day. Our crews are licensed, insured, and respectful of your home — we protect your space, keep it clean, and lock up when we leave.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, cashier's check, Zelle, and credit card. For larger remodels, we'll set up a simple milestone payment schedule so it's clear and predictable.
